Questions, answered
Do I need to be home for the install?
No. Our crew works from the outside and lets you know when it’s done. Same for takedown in January.
Do I need to buy the lights?
No. We supply commercial-grade LED lights, custom fit to your front roofline. They’re included in the price.
Will this run up my electric bill?
No. The LEDs draw a fraction of what old incandescent strands use, and they run on a timer so they’re only on in the evening.
Will this damage my roof or gutters?
No. We use clips made for shingles and gutters. No nails, no screws, no holes. When we take the lights down in January there’s nothing left behind.
When do I pay?
Half when you confirm your install date, half once the lights are up and you’ve seen them lit. Nothing is due today — we send a payment link for the deposit when we lock in your date.
What if a light breaks?
Text us and we come fix it at no charge. Bulbs, strands, timers, anything. That’s the guarantee.
